Answer

SCPC or Single Channel Per Carrier most often used to refer to satellite technology that uses single signal at a given frequency and bandwidth, in other words; using a single frequency to broadcast a specific bandwidth dedicated to a single receiver (most widely a broadband Internet user). This is used on broadcast satellites to indicate that radio stations are not multiplexed as subcarriers onto a single video carrier, but instead independently share a transponder.  SCPC is widely used for a user whom in need for continues broadcast, such as satellite radio or TV broadcasts.
